In this research 11 studies on black tea and 24 studies on green tea were analyzed for an association of tea consumption and the risk of cardiovascular disease ( Yang X, et.al., 2022).

The results showed that drinking less than four cups of black tea daily may prevent cardiovascular disease but drinking more than 4-6 cups of black tea per day may increase the risk.

It also showed that green tea consumption and the prevention of cardiovascular disease gradually decreased as green tea consumption increased. If you don’t like to drink green tea, you can also take it in capsule form.
